It was. Ineffectively.
People trust Joe. They just don’t think he’ll be president very long. Harris is the fracking problem. Industry is skittish already because it’s a boom/bust business. If Biden were 65 and he didn’t have to placate progressives, different story. If Harris hadn’t said what she did, different story. People in NY who’ve lost out on income due to state ban see how it impacts neighbors.
Everyone’s pricing in a Harris presidency. Frackers aren’t part of her world.
