There's a man who narrated a program about horrible airline disasters -- including the one where the KLM pilot on takeoff clipped the top of another plane sitting on the runway and killed hundreds of people -- and now whenever I hear his voice I fear impending disaster. Sometimes he narrates specials that do not involve death and his voice is just all wrong.

I do not know. He makes
everything sound sinister, which is irritating because some of the stuff is just not sinister ("He was born in Heidelburg").
