I pick up no one who is unidentified. If a call is coming from a political campaign I support, I will pick that up. If it comes from someone I oppose, I'll only pick it up if I'm feeling ornery. "Police charities" have nothing to do with either word. I had a job senior year in High School selling tickets for a "benefit" concert for the Police Officers Association of Michigan. It was a big room full of high school lying to people about who was actually in the concert. The script to read had the word POLICE over and over. The only ones I sold were to people with very thick accents who I assume were recent immigrants, and afraid of the repeated POLICE mentions.
But when you give those callers shit understand they are far from police supporters, more likely some dumb kid trying to make a buck.
