Don't know if I really like these Zoom hearings, however. The Zoom crapped out in my most recent one while my opponent was arguing. That's disconcerting.
For land use and tax abatement approvals, however, Zoom is a godsend. The cranks and lunatics who like to show up at public meetings and protest zoning applications or approval of abatements, or just generally rant, can no longer do so.
