We're a Commonwealth, so the counties get to decide whether to do things in person or not. Courthouses in counties that haven't been hit hard are still open. In truly remote counties, some judges allow people to take off masks when distanced adequately in the courtroom. I had one direct me to take off my mask during questioning of a witness.
