We are being sloppy in our definitions. My understanding is the same as yours. There is a 95% chance you won't get sick/symptomatic 9-10 days after the second dose, from what I have read. It is unknown whether you can get and transmit the virus anyway and you CAN get the virus and sick before 9-10 days after the 2d dose and there are cases where people have come down with symptomatic virus days after getting the first dose. So mask wearing continues for months, I think we are both saying.
