Jury selection has revealed yet another complication in trying cops: having experience interacting with is entertained as a non-discriminatory reason to challenge even if it isn't.
To the judge's credit, he didn't view is as a reason to dismiss for cause, but getting rid people because they have experience with the MPD isn't a recipe for a fair jury either.
