Yeah, I guess I'm not sure that the defendant gets to make assumptions about jurors because of their race.
ETA: And if they are, then I don't know that there is any county in the state it could be moved to. With the possible exception of Ramsey (St. Paul), the rest have to be significantly whiter. Also, the jury pool is from the whole county, which is much whiter than the city itself.
