I guess I'm lucky - I have never had to stop to go No. 2 on a run. Ever. I've had very close calls...but that happens close to home.
ETA: strike that. It did happen a few times a long time ago on the Chicago lakefront, but there are bathrooms all over the place there.

I won’t go running unless I’m confident it won’t happen. Number 1 however, is another matter. I run fasted in the AM generally, after a venti. So I Pee when I leave the house, Pee when I get to the trail, and occasionally again depending on run length.
