That’s Mt. Crumpit at Jingle Cross in Iowa City, which in recent years has been one of the few Cyclocross World Cups in the United States. Only the top cyclocross riders in the world can generally ride up it. Sometimes the race goes down Mt. Crumpit. When it is snowy or rainy, that adds to the fun.
