Yup, we as a society have chosen not to keep fighting the pandemic.
We need to admit this to ourselves. To avoid a minor inconvenience, we're going to get some people sick, watch some people die, and incur higher medical costs for years.

It boggles my mind. Granted, the risk of dying or getting really sick from Covid is less now than it was in 2020, but still what is the harm from wearing a mask? It's uncomfortable? So is a seat belt. So are pants.
What is the risk of someone else getting cancer from my second hand smoke? But I can't even smoke a Newport on a plane any more.
