No disagreement there. I think most educated/vaxxed people are aware of the risks and the efficacy of masks - and many of the healthy ones have simply decided not to wear one because the risk, for them, of ending up in the hospital is extremely low.
Asking humans to give a shit about other humans they don't know never works.
