Our office has been completely ravaged with COVID in the last few weeks. The mask mandate internally was cancelled just before the spike hit, and people were told to be in the office at least three days a week, because my partners thought a return to normalcy would improve productivity.
It didn't play out that way, with over a third of the office being out for at least a week or two. There are now tumbleweeds blowing through the hallways and finding people to get stuff done is almost impossible.
Oops.
