Re: Implanting Bill Gates's Micro-chips In Brains For Over 20 Years!

I am in the habit of taking a brisk, 40+ minute walk with our dog in the morning, and I like to walk quickly enough to work up a bit of a sweat. Most weekdays, I then come home and jump right on the Peloton, mostly so that I don't end up taking another shower riding later.

My question for all of you: Is there some other advantage to stacking these activities back-to-back like this, is that less beneficial physiologically, or is it a wash?
