Back before I read Sarno and realized that all pain was contrived I would use a Nordic Track ski machine when “injured.” Still do on occasion of very shitty weather. Good workout.
Rowing machines were a great workout but I kept pulling chest muscles, although I suppose with Sarno that wouldn’t be an issue?
