It depends on where you purchase. A large department store will almost always take stuff back within 30 (YMMV) days as long as you have the receipt and the box and all the original stuff. Used stuff usually gets resold as "open box" or gets sent back to the manufacturer who offs it in any one of numerous ways (the internet, discount houses, auctions). Hell, even Costco has a refund policy.
Who says you can't return a bra? I've never heard of that. Hell I've return panties and nylons (unused) with no problems.
