My sense of the guy at the beginning of the article feared that he wouldn't be able to get it up at all, because the pressure of this being a make-or-break event would get to him. Not all night, just at all.
The other guy mentioned in the article, who used Viagra to have a three-day sex romp with a model, with whom he later learned he had nothing to talk about.... well he seemed to have the right idea, honestly.
