I disagree. The best part of the story is in the newspaper article:
D. Michael Johanson, the lawyer who represented Halcyon, said uninsured-motorist insurance cannot cover animals.
"If you can't get the cow behind the wheel of a car, it's not going to work," he said.
Thus, there is hope for you and your uninsured-motorist coverage if you happen to hit Toonsis the driving cat.
