Not exactly. Former husband got really steamed when I took apart his Skilsaw and fixed it myself. Learned the hard way that I needed my own tools.
Current husband keeps his tools in Ziplock bags so he doesn't much care if I mess with them but he thinks a butter knife makes a good screw driver so I keep mine locked up.
He wouldn't know what to do with a water stone to save his life and once used one of my well-honed Japanese chisels to open a can of paint. Yelling and foot stomping ensued.
So I would say the relationship among me, men and tools has led to more than a few incidents where men were most definitely not pleased.
