What is up with that? How embarrassing it is when everyone pools their gifts to share here at the home office and I have nothing...nothing. Every year it is the same.

We sent out lovely cards and we all signed them. Isn't that enough? Do you know how long it takes to sign a few hundred stupid cards to people you don't know?
Hell, we got cards from other firms that were printed. PRINTED. With Happy freakin holidays from US. If you're not going to add any human element at all, then don't send the card. That said woman, there are a lot of you out there - if we send you something then we have to send everyone something and why would we send you something when we don't even give anything to anyone who actually works here?
