There are plenty of guys with hot bodies and not so hot faces (see Joe Millionaire I and II) as well as guys with cute faces and not always a hot body (see the Bachelorette).
You can put up with a small amount of ugliness if you get a hot body (see NFL players) but I don't think the same is true the other way. I guess if you think you can change a guy (which is normally not possible) and get him to work out to get a bod to match the face, and you're up to the challenge, then I guess there are women who are up to that challenge. Me, I'll take the football player.
