Urine and urea have been used in health and beauty treaments the world over for a very long time. Urine is also effective against Jellyfish stings and has been used as an antiseptic in field surgery. It may sound revolting, but clean urine is sanitary, pure and antiseptic.

Add one cup of urine from the person being treated to a basin of warm water, and soak feet for 20 minutes and rinse with cool water.
I'm not sure how you get the effect of the 20 minute soak in a shower. Maybe you just need to do it regularly.
