I've been 4 times in February. It almost always rains in Maui then. Epic rain. Building an ark type of rain. So hard that the pool flooded and the lounge chairs were set adrift. We booked a flight just before the road to the airport was washed out. Went to Oahu where the weather was not great, but not monsoonlike.
