I weighed myself the morning I started, after pizza (and a lot of it) the night before. I weighed myself this morning (day four) and the scale showed a loss of EIGHT AND A HALF POUNDS. Granted, much of this is probably water weight and some probably because of the pizza the night before, but DAMN. I will be totally done with all I want to lose in like, a day.
But I feel great so I am going the full two weeks. Flockhartdom, here I come.
