Diet blah, blah, blah, Atkins, blah, blah, blah, Zone, blah, blah, South Beach, blah, blah, blah. You guys seem to be paying a lot of attention to fad diets that may let you lose some weight on a diet, but then gain it right back once you get tired of the rules. Change your life, reduce your caloric intake, and exercise already. As a long-time lurker, I'm really getting tired of reading this diet shit and if you don't stop, I'm going to have to go back to work and then everybody will be in deep shit. How's that for tying threads?
