Basically all I eat is grain (i.e. quinoa, millet, oats, etc), fruit, vegetables and fish (I'm 5'9 and 115) and I eat a lot. never been fat. I gained about 10 pounds a few years ago and (before I was a fish-eating vegetarian) and tried Atkins to take it off. I ended up gaining a lot of weight (about 5 more pounds). A high-carb diet works for me (but good carbs).

basically, all I eat is grain products (e.g., Quisp, Quake, Captain Crunch, King Vitamin, Twinkies, Snowballs, Ding Dongs, Yodells, Swiss Rolls, Suzy Q's, and Zingers) and I eat a lot. Never been skinny. And I'm 5'6 and 325.
