Further evidence supporting the "you will rot in the 5th circle of hell" prediction -- neither event bothered me that much. Parents do stupid shit with their kids everyday (like "make your way out to that rock in the middle of the river so I can get a shot of the storm moving in on you" Thanks Dad!).
If I had to pick one, I would say that the Croc-Hunter one was the more disturbing of the two because I felt it was unfair to tease the crocodile that way.
