It wasn't just cocaine related, but it was acute cocaine intoxication in which Bro said that he had no idea that Bobby was a user. How much blow constitutes "acute" cocaine intoxication and if you're really doing that much, can you really hide the side effects from people?
And how the hell long does it take to get a toxicology report? Didn't he die in November?
