Couldn't agree more. As the article states, many scientists don't believe the "runner's high" actually exists. While I definitely feel energized and (slighty) euphoric when I reach a certain mileage, it's more of a catharsis than a high. Or maybe at a certain mileage all of the booze is completely gone via sweat and I just feel un-hungover.
