Respond with a "thank you" and then tell her that you thought the sex was great and if she wants to do it again once in a while without the pressure of a relationship you are game.
When she replies that you two never had sex ask her to e-mail a picture so that you can sort out which girl she is....then post her picture here so your good buddies on the FB can run the other way if they see her.
