Disagree, vehemently. It's got two great hooks and a few other serviceable ones, an all-time great distinctive vocal track, some killer lyrics ("Lend me some sugar! I am your neighbor!"), and takes a style in a new direction.*
*I recognize that some non-mainstream hip hop groups have been heading down this road for awhile; this is new for popular hip hop.
