I'd travel. I haven't seen much of Asia, Australia, Africa, Eastern Europe, parts of S. America, Alaska, Iceland, parts of Central America, Antarctica, much of the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans or Lake Titicaca. I've got a few trustafarian friends. One is a 28 junior (undergrad). Everyone I know is jealous of him. He would come with. Each continent could take me well over a year to fully appreciate.
