Strangely enough, I prefer thin crust. And there's some great places for that here...
Gino's EAST is good. But make sure it says EAST. There's another Gino's that's a rathole.
I also like Lou Malnati's, Giordano's, Connie's, Nancy's, Pizzerias Uno and Due (the original sites, not the chains) and Aurelio's.
Favorites are Aurelio's and Pat's, both thin crust.
There's a special on Lou's on Food Network I've seen. Can't remember the show, but the upshot is when you order sausage on your pizza, you get one gigantic wheel of sausage on your pizza. Covers almost the whole thing.
