So, I watched this last night. The first band they attempted to reuinte was Berlin. The show was pretty entertaining. I'll probably try to catch the rest of them this week. A few random observations:

1. Fifteen to twenty years seems to be a fairly good time to get past some of the animosity and rock star crap that usually causes these bands to fall apart. The majority of the group seemed genuinely happy to be together. Hopefully some of the other groups will present more of a challenge. I would like to see some more bickering, please.

2. The show's use of old interview clips juxtaposed against current interviews/events was good. The most unintentionally funny (ironic) moment was when they showed footage of a younger John Crawford saying that "Orange County is for people who want to be just like everyone else", which he meant in a clearly derogatory sense. This was played right before they found him in, you guessed it, Orange County.

3. It's a good idea to go after the original lineups, rather than later ones. Best moment was when the rest of the group was reunited with the original drummer (I forget his name right now), who had walked away unannounced before the recording of the second album and abandoned his life as a musician entirely. He also basically kept it a secret from everybody he knew, apparently because he had "found God". It was pretty interesting to watch him rehearse with the others, considering he hadn't picked up drumsticks since then.

4. The band was surprisingly good for the short amount of time they had to rehearse (if the seven day premise is to be believed.)

5. For a woman in her 40's, Teri Nunn is still pretty hot.
