Holy crap, that is ridiculous. I am the proud owner of one of those portable breathalyzers, and the one time I approached .20, I was an absolute puddle. Literally almost non-functional... I felt like I was in slow-mo. I think the only reason I was still conscious was that I drank slowly for 8 hours or so.
On another note, I am alone in my belief that Garcia is gay? (NTTAWWT, of course) The few times I have seen him interviewed or on commercials, I have distinctly had that impression.
