I don't think she's been offered much else in the last 20 years since she was replaced by more up-and-coming eye candy. And she's been considered too pretty for the Kathy Bates 'disgruntled housewife going over the edge' roles.
If they keep up the spate of "Oh My God! Women 20 Years Younger Than Jack Nicholson Still Have Sex!" movies, she might have hope.
