Let's get a grip here, people. This issue is not a hard one. Not to just parrot the Tangy'n'Zesty one here, but the fact that the man knows that the woman wants a child does not lead to the conclusion that the man was reckless or even negligent in assuming that she would not deceive him in order to get the child. If the woman is already using birth control, it is ridiculous to say it is the man's fault for not assuming she would betray him, and therefore taking birth control measures into his own hands. The fact that they had an at-least partially unwanted child is the fault of one person alone - the woman. This is a completely different issue from who should take responsibility for birth control in the first place.
