I'll hopefully have a better shot at this one. The one that I'm involved in at work, we picked blank squares where the numbers for each team were subsequently "randomly" assigned. Payouts are by quarter. The four squares I purchased are as follows:
NE 5, Car 2
NE 8, Car 8
NE 9, Car 0
NE 5, Car 5
Needless to say, I'm not expecting much.

Actually, I wouldn't be surprised to see a final score of New England 19, Carolina 0, or perhaps 19-10. The rest of yours are useless though.
