um....your test would require about $400 in legal time to figure out who wins $25. (edit- actually I think your test is what I did, but without all the expanation, and w/o step 4- of course step 4 isn't necessary.)
If its total number off, then I think Oliver (11 off) won. I tied him, except for the going over rule, which isn't stated anywhere. I mean this isn't this price is right.
