Why is it called the Ralphie treatment?

It is sort of silly to me that (many) straight men have this hangup. Missing out on the P-spot, I guess. Wouldn't want people to think they are gay or submissive.


ETA: knowing that this is the way guys think, why would a guy tell his friends that he had done that anyway?
