I have never done the sex in a public restroom. Too fastidious. As noted here before, however, I have done the sex in an apartment building laundry room. It smelled nice and snuggly fresh. Furthermore, grad school roommate did the sex with a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle in a club bathroom. I don't know what the sign on the door looked like.
And just a guess here that ThrashersFan will not answer in the affirmative. I can't imagine that a place that's not good enough to "rest" in would be good enough to fuck in. I also predict a no answer from NFH and Atticus.

You win ... but because everyone knows that I cannot use a public restroom for its intended purpose let alone screwing, you only get to select a prize from the first shelf (I suggest the cute glasses with big nose and bushy eyebrows).
I have fucked on the floor of a ski shop that was closed for the night (but the lifts were still open so I suppose people could have seen us through the doors or windows if they had bothered to peek in to see the latest ski fashions) -- it smelled all nice of sexwax and ground edges. I have also fucked in a snowbank -- I was a little tipsy and suppose that I am lucky I did not get an irreversibly frost-bitten ass. While one can also piss on a snowbank I would not consider it a public restroom.
