No, she's the other blonde who was sleeping with that girl who treated her like shit so the others told her to tell her to step off. She's played by Leisha Hailey who has done some things here and there and I think had a band at some point.
The one Mrs. Melissa was stalking is played by Katherine Moennig, no idea if she is gay or straight, but probably straight. Most of the cast is probably straight.
