So I'm in the process of finally uploading my entire music collection to itunes when I come across an old Brand New Heavies cd. There are a number of good songs on it that I had forgotten, but none hotter than
Soulflower. For those who don't know, Brand New Heavies is a band that plays mostly funk riffs and teamed up with a number of rap artists to make Heavy Rhyme Experience. While I love the original
Soulflower, I'm digging the live band version. The hotness. I don't know if you can download it anywhere, but you should check it out (or rediscover it, as the case may be).
