And I have found that taking enzyme pills before bed and when I get up works well. I think they break down the alcohol faster so the liver does not have to work as hard.
Also those Chasers that tax hottie was talking about work well. They are mostly just calcium carbonate I believe, which absorbs the alcohol (but you still get drunk) and take it out of your body without your liver having to get so involved. They do work, especially well for
a lightweight like me.
