take your lesson and apply it to your work problem.
take the file from mister 1 yr. more senior than you. then, when you know hes at lunch, send him an email outlining what you "agreed" to. ie a comittment of 2-3 hours spaced over the next few months. say he agreed to it. go to his office delete email.
proceed to fuck the file up or ignore it as you choose. but don't whine about him anymore. you are welcome.
