subtlety is god unless its not. i didn't catch this at first, but this the ultimate test. i think its called the Gerri Blank's kid test, or "fuck 'em unless they're ours." Ty didn't want the Democratic boy who hid knives on panes prosecuted, remmeber. Here, i guess it boils down to whether the girls lied about the homeless guy as some statement against the Bush administration.
