You're kidding, right? That song is a standard, made famous by Nat King Cole. I've definitely heard it performed on TV within the past couple of years, I'm almost certain on American Juniors. I also think it was featured in a movie within the last 10 years.

As far as her performance, well, she had nice energy, but the entire song was performed at the same level. And her nose is incredibly distracting and truly ugly. The thing is, if she makes it beyond this round (which I think unlikely), she'll become known enough that she wouldn't be able to get it fixed without people noticing.

Among the other contestants, Diana Degarmo (16 yo, pink leather jacket) shared the whole-song-at-level-11 issue. She shouted the whole song, and her voice sounds young and not fully developed.

Marque Lynche was totally cute, but baaaaad song choice, and his performance was too buttoned-down. I wanted to hear something funkier, and see him move around a little, play to the cameras. Maybe he's afraid of inadvertently outing himself?

Ashley Thomas (cutesie girl with pink choker) has that stupid quavery fast vibrato, and wasn't always spot-on in pitch.

Erskine Walcott was okay, but also had some pitch problems in the low sections of his song. It sounds like he doesn't have a great ear.

Matthew Metzger was boring as hell.
