If you are good looking enough to get someone to pay you for nude pictures of yourself, you don't do it for free. Unless perhaps you thought it could be a stepping stone to something bigger maybe you would.
Good looking women get enough male attention (especially if they are at Harvard where they would stand out) that having their nude pics published in a school newspaper wouldn't be a thrill. It is the fat chicks who would be flattered to get their nude photos in print.
