I know nothing about Littler. What is it about this firm specifically that makes it so bad? Because otherwise, it's just an extramarital affair gone public. Embarrassing to the individuals, but does it really reflect that badly on the firm? It's not an uncommon thing. And it doesn't look like it poses a liability issue, if that's what you're getting at (thanks ncs).
And our paunchy old friend is apparently quite the stud. Isn't that good for business?
