Littler is one of the leading employment firms in the country. A big part of the practice is prevention, training and policies to avoid discrimination in the workplace, as well as sexual harassment stuff. Granted, this was consensual. But it's one of those "doctor heal thyself" situations. Eh, maybe I'm stretching.
